The prices quoted are per night for 2 persons and include the inclusive services, plus the local tax of €3.10 per night and person (from the age of 14).
Yes! We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit of €850 per week and apartment, made out to the name on the booking, within 7 days of making your booking:

The entire bill can be paid in cash (max. €4,999), by EC card or by credit card.
The booking only becomes binding once the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmation has been sent. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the apartment price (excluding extras).
Within 7 days before arrival, we charge up to 100% of the total price of the booking if the apartment or room cannot be re-let.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked days not used.
Your apartment or room will be ready for you to move into from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m.
If you would like to use our solarium, it costs €8. We also have a guest washing machine available for your use: washing powder is provided, and the necessary coins are available at reception. Each wash costs €8.
If you let us know before your arrival, you are welcome to bring your furry friend with you. Dogs stay with us for £25 per night (without food).
Yes, of course – it doesn't always have to be a restaurant visit! Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for cooking – and it's only a few steps to the nearest shop for groceries.
